We stayed a couple of nights in the pine marten lodge and really enjoyed it! If you are looking for a quiet getaway, I would definitely recommend this place.

Travelled around during our holidays through Scotland, and this was by far the best place we stayed: really clean, comfortable furniture and beds, jacuzzi already heated upon arrival. As a dog owner, I really love the details they think of: we could close the porch, there was a dog-bed, a water bowl as well as some snacks.

We booked per AirBnB, and Julia sent us a link to their website quite some time upon arrival, with extensive information and tips for the region.

The lodge is also great for watching wildlife, we saw some red deer.

Would definitely recommend staying at the Bradan lodges, and will hopefully come back in the future!

Lovely dog friendly lodges in a remote location, approx 15 mins from Lochgilphead. There are 3 Lodges, we stayed in Wildcat Lodge. Woodcock is the twin, basically identical. There's a reasonable distance between the Lodges so you never feel overlooked or disturbed. Each lodge has a hut tub & BBQ hut.
Dog friendly, no extra charge and we were a ke to bring 2 dogs. The outside space is not enclosed, so would recommend having dogs on lead outside.
There are 2 donkeys in a field nearby, Rodney & Sam. Friendly and happy to be fed a carrot. Lots of garden birds plus pheasants & partridges and deer in the early morning.
Inside the lodge there is a linvingroom, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The livingroom has a large sofa, a woodburner, smart TV (using apps only for tv), kitchen with dishwasher, oven & microwave and there is a dining table with 4 chairs. The bedroom is a reasonable size with hanging space and drawers. The bathroom has a copper bath and over the bath handheld shower head. It does not have a stand up shower. This is probably the only down side to the lodge, as kneeling to wash is not much fun.
The BBQ hut is great, especially if the weather isn't so good. The hot tub was welcome after all the walls we did. The outside space also have a fire pit and rustic seating. The lighting is lovely with the while area lit up.

We just can’t stay away from Bradan Lodges! We keep returning multiple times a year, and for good reason. With only three lodges on-site, it feels incredibly secluded and peaceful. They are spaced a perfect distance apart, so you truly feel like you have the place to yourself.

A huge shout-out to the team as well—they are always so helpful and communicative, making every arrival seamless. If you're looking for a quiet, high-quality getaway, this is it. See you again soon

We had a lovely stay at Bradon lodges (Wildcat Lodge). The Lodge was cosy, clean and full of character in a really peaceful setting. We loved the log burner, it made the evenings very special and relaxing. We didn't get chance to use the hot tub or bbq hut but they were a great addition. A perfect place for a quiet getaway and our dog loved it too! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Wildcat Lodge, what a beautiful place, lodge was lovely, very comfortable, fully equipped and everything we needed, even treats for thw dogs who say thank you. Glad to see some wood for the burner as was freezing outside..Only thing we both said was, it would be handy if could buy some wood on site, but got from the nearby garage. Never seen anyone until feeding the Donkeys when we left. Fabulous relaxing break and would recommend 👌

We absolutely loved our stay at Pine Martin Lodge. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The lodge was super cozy, and being dog friendly was a huge bonus for us.

We especially enjoyed the hot tub, which was so relaxing after a day out, and the barbecue cabin was ideal for a rainy day, letting us still enjoy a proper barbecue. Evenings by the fire pit roasting marshmallows were a real highlight.

Overall, it was an incredible stay from start to finish. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommend!

Lovely cabin with hot tub, pizza room and outdoors space, we enjoyed the surrounding area, pet friendly, enjoyed meeting the donkeys. Comfy bed and large flat screen TV, kitchen had everything we needed. Incredible standing stones a few miles up the road. Ross our host was really friendly and helpful.

Beautiful quiet location and lovely log cabin with hot tub on the deck. Private but not too far from lots of places to explore. Very dog friendly.

We drove up from London with our 3 dogs and arrived in the dark to the magical, cosy setting that was to be our home for the next few days. It was honestly so much more than I was expecting. The dogs were able to roam free (as long as they were well behaved) so no leading up first thing in the morning or in the evening to go for a wee. There was everything we needed, all modern appliances and the water heated up really well for a hot bath. The whole experience felt relaxing and private and the setting is absolutely beautiful! There is a bit of driving involved if you want to go to some of the beauty spots, but the drives are amazing too.

Honestly couldn’t of stayed in a more perfect place, it was relaxing, the sound of nature in a morning was perfection, the views where priceless , donkeys just by the lodge that we could feed, fully supplied kitchen, had a bbq, 2 fires, local shops 10 minutes drive from lodge, wine fridge, fancy coffee machine, owners very friendly , always said hello and waved when driving past, big parking space, looks so pretty at night time when it’s all lit up, honestly I’d come back in a heartbeat, worth every penny, I didn’t want to go home! I would recommend to anyone and everyone , get booked! ❤️

Such an amazing place to stay. The hot tub and the bath were amazing. I honestly didn't direct the lodge do be so pretty. I will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely stunning estate which majestic trees (particularly in autumn!), animals (domestic and wild), walks, lochs... Lovely and helpful hosts. Self-catering cottage we stayed in needs a bit of TLC. Dog friendly though so perfect if you have a furry friend!

We've stayed with Ross & Diane a few times now. Kirnan is almost local for us, but it could be a million miles away. It's our real escape to the country..... & we are already country folk. 5 🌟 plus. 👍 👍

Wonderful place. Stayed in the Chapel Cottage for a 40th birthday getaway. Luxurious and cosy at the same time. Beautiful spot roaming with chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, mini goats, donkeys etc. Hotub, bbq hut, estate walks...the list goes on and on. Ross was an excellent and hospitable host. Highly recommended!

Amazing location and lovely set up. Such a relaxing weekend at the wildcat lodge and owner was really friendly. Visiting the (also very friendly) donkeys was a particular highlight!

Family friendly, has an indoor honesty bar, hot tub and barbecue.

The owners have described it as 'quirky', I just think it has some proper old world charm, its lovely. From open fires in the rooms to bbq lodges, remote lodges with hot tubs to the walk to the lich with its little hunting lodge, the place is just lovely.
Breakfast is unbelievably good, fresh home made bread, home made jam, home made venison sausages, bacon its very very good.

I had been looking farward to our 2 night stay in kirnan beg Lodge, we hadn't been told there were 59steps to climb after we had to walk up a steep hill,, but it was worth it,, inside was lovely warm and welcoming,, then things went down hill,,we got locked inside the lodge when the lock broke, no phn signal so my daughter and grandson had to climb out the window to get help, next we couldn't use hot tub as it wasn't ready, then the toilet had a leak only when we flushed it, next day still couldn't use hot tub as it still wasn't at proper temp, we went away for the day came back still problem with hot tub, then it started to rain and the roof leaked right on to plug sockets,,all these things were reported when we told Ross about leak we were told if we wanted to go home he wouldn't charge for 2nd night he didn't have the decency to come and speak to me, we left 8.30 at night pouring rain pitch black .

Charming b&b set in a beautiful location and so much more..... unique cottages in wonderful garden with chickens dogs and cats. Just a short walk to see the donkeys goats and pigs. In artic cabins set in the gardens there is a Jacuzzi and BBQ pit. Just an amazing experience we shall definitely go back.

Kirnan house is a great get away

Just back from kirnan Lodge where we stayed in a gorgeous cottage with 4poster bed and awesome shower..An idyllic estate with chickens n ducks wandering , family dogs come & greet you and owners Ross & Diana extremely hospitable, delivering fresh bread free range eggs and lots of breakfast goodies , plus chocolates and prosecco waiting on our arrival ...i didnt wana leave its heaven :))
Cant wait to return .

stunning location, great hosts, if you want some where to get away from things then this is the place, didn't get a chance to try the Hot Tub or the BBQ hut but you can just sit and watch the Stars, so clear and bright! defo will be back 🙂

Lovely little cottage in idealic surroundings. Kids loved the big garden with burn at the back. Equipped with everything needed and close proximity to lots of historic sites, nature walks etc. Although no bike store as advertised. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

My partner and I spent a night here a few weeks ago and we were blown away by both the location and the warmth of the owner, Ross. It's a magical place for a real getaway experience. The hot tub was fabulous and when we asked for a taxi to take us to dinner in the evening, Ross volunteered to drive us there personally! Thank you for your kindness and for the great stay. It will be longer next time! EM
