Simple Charging Powered by Monta
The charging setup utilises an Easee charge point, integrated with the user-friendly Monta platform for seamless operation. Getting started requires no complex registration:
- Park & Plug In: Park on the left hand side outside Wildcat Lodge to allow guests staying at the lodge to park on the right. Connect the cable to the charger and the vehicle.
- Scan the QR Code: Use a smartphone camera to scan the Monta QR code on the charger or on the instruction card in your lodge. Enter your payment details.
- Charge & Relax: Follow the simple on-screen prompts via the Monta app to initiate the session while unpacking and unwinding in the lodge.
Whether settling in with a drink by the wood-burning stove or soaking in your private hot tub, charging happens quietly in the background.
Important Cable Requirements
To maintain flexibility for all vehicle makes and models, the charger features an un-tethered Type 2 socket.
- Standard EVs: Please bring a standard Type 2 to Type 2 cable.
- Older / Type 1 EVs: Guests driving older electric vehicles will require a Type 1 to Type 2 connector.
