Terms and Conditions of Booking and Guest Stay

Check-in & Check-out

Relax and arrive from 3:00 pm, and depart by 10:00 am. If you’d like a later check-out or earlier check-in, we’ll do our best to accommodate your plans—just ask in advance.

Your Stay

Each lodge is designed for a couple’s retreat, welcoming a maximum of two guests. However, babes in arms are welcome by prior arrangement.

Pets

Furry friends are welcome! Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a dog or cat and how many.

Booking & Payment

To secure your stay, a £200 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due two weeks before arrival. Payment is taken by card, and all prices are in GBP (£), including applicable taxes.

Cancellation

Full deposit refunds are available within 24 hours of booking. After that, the £200 deposit is retained if the booking is cancelled.

Extras

All extras, for example flowers, cakes, afternoon tea boxes and lodge decorations, are payable in advance of the stay.

House Guidelines

Our lodges are a peaceful retreat for couples. No smoking inside and no parties, please. Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay.

Left Items

If you leave something behind at the lodge, then a £5-10 charge will be levied depending on the size of the item. This is to cover postage, packing and travel to the local Post Office.

Bradan Lodges £50 Voucher

The £50 voucher is valid for one direct booking made through Bradan Lodges’ official website only.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
The voucher cannot be used for bookings already made or for bookings made via online travel agents (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
Voucher is valid for bookings made before 30^st April 2027, subject to availability.
Only one voucher may be used per booking.
Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
To receive the voucher, guests must submit the hosted form and opt in to receive marketing emails.
Voucher applies to the total booking amount excluding any additional extras.
Bradan Lodges reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
By claiming the voucher, guests agree to Bradan Lodges’ Privacy Policy and to receive marketing communications from which they can unsubscribe at any time.
